A non-profit educational organization established by the Rosen Group, ABI provides educational resources to the arts community in the United States and Canada through annual retreats and business skills workshops held in conjunction with local arts organizations.

The Artists Foundation’s Business Resources for Artists  
The Artists Foundation offers free information and resources on its website, including tips on grantwriting, resume writing, developing press kits and more.

The Kaufman Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CELCEE) CELCEE enables users to conduct all their research on entrepreneurship education online. The CELCEE staff takes resources and writes brief abstracts. These abstracts are indexed and organized within an online database.

ANEW is a membership organization that was primarily chartered to make it possible for artists to work freely without being restricted by the lack of funds or supplies.

Craft Emergency Relief Fund

The Indian Artist Disaster Relief Fund provides funds for American Indian artists who have suffered losses through death, long-term illness or other tragedy.

The Pollock-Krasner Foundation

Pollock-Krasner Foundation provides support to artists working on paper, painters and sculptors. Grants are for one year and range from $1,000 to $30,000.

Visual Aids. Visual AIDS provides direct services to artists living with HIV/AIDS. The Visual AIDS Artist Material Grants are awarded to Visual AIDS active members, who are low income artists in need of financial assistance in obtaining materials for their artwork.

National Financial Planning Support Center; Financial Planning Association (FPA)
Created in the wake of the 9/11 tragedies, The Support Center programs exist for businesses and non-profits. You can find financial planning literature, ask a certified financial planner (CFP) questions, or find a certified financial planner. Through qualified partnerships with other organizations, the Support Center can provide individuals with pro bono financial planning assistance.

On their website NYFA includes a variety of articles and interviews pertaining to the business of art. Also at NYFA’s site is NYFA Source, a comprehensive online database of resources for artists to facilitate their work.

Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE)
SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business" is a nonprofit association dedicated to providing entrepreneurs with free, confidential face-to-face and email business counseling. Retired executives usually provide business counseling. The relevance of the counseling varies with the experience of the counselor.

Working Today 
Working Today is a nonprofit organization that represents the needs and concerns of America's independent workforce through advocacy, information and service.
