rosslyn foyerConveniently located just across the Key Bridge from Georgetown, the Rosslyn Spectrum offers auditorium and theatre-style seating for 387 people, an ideal size for conferences, lectures and multi-media presentations.  A vibrant performing arts venue offering live theatre and music in the evenings and on most weekends, the Arlington  Cultural Affairs Division is delighted to make this versatile space available for daytime meeting rentals, and occasional evening and weekend events on an "as available" basis.

Recently renovated with wide aisles and folding writing desks at each upholstered seat, the Rosslyn Spectrum offers many of the comforts of better known facilities at very reasonable rates.  The glass-walled lobby gallery features exhibitions by regional artists, and is ideal for small receptions.  The lobby also may be configured for smaller sessions or breakout discussions. 

Fully compliant with ADA accessibility standards, the Rosslyn Spectrum is located beside the old Newseum building, just two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station (orange and blue lines) in the heart of one of the Washington, DC region's fastest growing professional and commercial centers.

Recreation and Leisure

As the Rosslyn Spectrum is a functioning performing arts venue, your patrons may wish to attend an evening of live music or theatre. Our staff will gladly provide you with a schedule of events.

Accommodations and Restaurants

The Rosslyn neighborhood is served by eight hotels in various price ranges. You can choose from over 30 restaurants for every taste: Italian, Tex-Mex, Mediterranean, Steak, French and American. PARKING

For all evening and weekend performances,  free parking is available in the building garage, accessible from Arlington Ridge Road, one block east of Kent Street.  See map above.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE SPECTRUM:

2 Blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station (Orange and Blue Lines)

From Virginia:

From 1-66 Eastbound:  Take exit 73; merge onto Lee Highway; right on Fort Myer Drive; left on Wilson Boulevard, Left on N. Kent Street, go to the end of the street, take a right onto Arlington Ridge Rd., Right into Rosslyn Spectrum garage.

From Route 50 Eastbound:  Take ramp towards Rosslyn/Key Bridge; merge onto N. Lynn Street;  Turn right onto Wilson Boulevard, Left onto N. Kent Street, go to the end of the street and take a right onto Arlington Ridge Road, Right into Rosslyn Spectrum garage.

From Crystal City and Alexandria:  Take Route 1 north, take left fork to Route 110.  Take a left at Wilson Boulevard exit, immediate right onto Arlington Ridge Road, left into Rosslyn Spectrum garage.

From 395 N: Take the Glebe Road South exit, stay on South Glebe Road until it dead-ends at Route 1. Take a left onto Route 1. Proceed north through Crystal City, take the left fork onto Route 110. Take a left onto Wilson Boulevard, immediate right onto Arlington Ridge Road, left into Rosslyn Spectrum garage.

From Washington, DC

From Georgetown/Key Bridge:  Take Key Bridge which feeds directly into Fort Myer Drive. Go 3 lights, take the left exit to Wilson Boulevard. Left onto N. Kent Street, go to the end of the street and take a right onto Arlington Ridge Road. Right into Rosslyn Spectum garage.

From 1-395 S, (14th St. Bridge) : Take exit 9, Route 110 North. Fork left onto Wilson Blvd., right onto Arlington Ridge Road. Left into Rosslyn Spectrum garage.

From Maryland:  

Take 1-495 to George Washington Parkway south. Take the Route 50 exit and follow signs to Rosslyn, which bring you onto N. Lynn Street. Take a right onto Wilson, then left onto N. Kent Street, go to the end of the street and take a right onto Arlington Ridge Road. Right into Rosslyn Spectrum garage.
