Arlington Cultural Affairs is planning an ONLINE ARTISTS DIRECTORY as part of its newly designed website, which will go live this spring.  The fee is $25 per year for a page to display work, artist statement and three images (no audio files).

CALL FOR YOU TUBE CURATORS
Art Outlet,
  in partnership with Northside Social and Arlington Independent Media presents its 4th annual film and new media exhibition, two YouTube Salons. They are looking for artists and non-artists who have been inspired by YouTube and would like to share some of their favorites on a big screen in front of a live audience. On August 20 & 27, eight curators will share their YouTube picks, in front of a live audience.        Deadline July 31, 2010

CALL TO ARTISTS FOR EXHIBITIONS AT THE MEZZ GALLERY AT ARTISPHERE
Proposals are being accepted for The Mezz Gallery at Artisphere, Arlington's new cultural Center. They will be accepted from individual artists, arts groups, organizations and curators who live, work, study or maintain a studio in Arlington.
Juror: Al Miner, Curatorial Assistant, Hirshhorn Museum, Jayme McLellan, Director of Civilian Art Projects and artist Jefferson Pinder.  Deadline Extended to June 29, 2010. $500 award, $25 entry fee.

Source Festival's First Annual Talent Show is looking for performers of all styles, backgrounds -- from singing and dancing to hip-hop tuba.  The talent show is on Monday, June 21 from 8 - 10 pm at Source Theatre in DC.   Apply online by June 10.
